He has started his carrier as a Mechanical engineer in July 1970 with a very small firm name "DAWOOD-BATTA". He has worked in this company as a shift Engineer for period of one year.

Then in August 1971, he has joined CANADIAN PLAST as a production/ maintenance Engineer at Andheri (Mumbai). In CANADIAN PLAST he was handling total manufacturing and assembly department with the work force of 60 persons.

After taking 5 years of experience, in July 1976 he has joined M/S. R.H. WINDSOR INDIA. LTD. as a “Service Engineer” The Company "M/S. R.H. WINDSOR INDIA" known as a pioneer company in manufacturing Plastics injection moulding machineries in India. This company was also having technical collaboration with U.K. & West GERMANY. In this company he has installed & commissioned 55nos. plastics processing Extruder & 87 plastics injection moulding machines throughout India. He had traveled U.K., France, West Germany, all east African countries & South Korea for various project related jobs.

After taking foreign experience he had returned to Indian soil in April 1993 and joined M/S JOLLY CONTAINERS AT DAMAN. When he joined the company it was the construction stage of the company. With the technical competency & leader's caliber he had completed and commissioned one project in the record time of only 10 weeks.
AT JOLLY CONTAINERS he had worked as chief executive engineer. He was handling responsibilities of production, maintenance and quality control and other factory related matters. In Jolly Containers he was handling total work force of 300 persons. The annual turnover of the company is 20crores.

After leaving Jolly Containers, putting his 32 years of technical & leader's experience in Plastic industry he has started his own injection moulding shop at Daman. This shop he had started with only 2 machines, but now shop turned into big factory with 5 INJECTION- MOULDING MACHINES & 20 persons workforce with his hard work.
